They pooled their experience from their previous roles (with leading Anglo-American consulting firms and listed companies) in a new project. The aim was to build a firm that combines expertise with a high level of professional quality, focusing on the client and their needs.

The project was successful, and the Firm grew. Since then, many professionals have worked with the Firm. Daniela joined in 2000, becoming a partner in 2006. Angelo, Daniela, Pierluigi and Roberto opened offices in Milan and Poland (with BGR & Partners) to meet their clients’ needs.

In 2020 BGR starts its own sustainability line, dedicating resources and engaging dedicated professionals; it also begins the collaboration with the energy and environmental engineering company Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) S.p.A.

BGR-bility S.r.l. is born in April 2022, a Benefit Corporation designed to assist and support start-ups and SMEs oriented towards sustainability and ESG values in their growth path.

On 2023, the collaboration between BGR and LCE is strengthened and the Benefit Corporation Diligèa is established, a consulting firm that offers businesses an integrated service of support and assistance on environmental, social and governance issues (https://diligea.com/)

On 1 January 2023, Alessandro is appointed partner of the firm and BGR expanded further, opening a new office in Florence, with a team led by Giulia, and strengthening its presence in support of companies located in Central Italy.

BGR tax and legal is able to provide high standard assistance and advice in all areas of tax and corporate matters. Since its establishment, the firm has grown numerically and geographically, always increasing its expertise: many things have changed, but not our key words: competence in the profession, passion for work, sharing of experience and closeness to the client.
