The firm
Our story begins in Turin in June 1995. Pierluigi, Angelo and Roberto, three young professionals with ties of friendship and mutual respect, decided to set up their own business, joining forces to establish BGR.
They pooled their experience from their previous roles (with leading Anglo-American consulting firms and listed companies) in a new project. The aim was to build a firm that combines expertise with a high level of professional quality, focusing on the client and their needs.
A new visual identity
The inspiration for the Firm’s new logo, to mark its 25th anniversary, came from the components of US artist Alexander Calder’s (1898-1976) mobiles, the first examples of which date back to the early 1930s.
Activities
The Firm provides a full range of professional services in tax and corporate matters, in Banking & Finance consulting, Corporate Finance consulting and corporate reorganisation and ESG/Sustainability consulting.
As an integrated group of accountants, lawyers and statutory auditors, BGR provides its clients with coordinated, continuous and efficient assistance from a single point of contact.

The Firm’s clients are mainly Italian and multinational companies operating in virtually all economic sectors (industrial and manufacturing, banking and finance, commercial and integrated services), as well as individuals and families. It caters to their wide range of needs, whether related to business or private assets, offering tailor-made solutions.

News from the firm
The Firm provides tools to keep abreast of the main legislative and regulatory changes and monitor the deadlines for the necessary civil and tax obligations.
In particular, it produces and provides Client Circulars and the Payments Planner on an ongoing and continuous basis.
